Accountant-Project Costing - Atlanta, GA - Job # 00007

Responsible for maintenance of the project costing system. Assure that all cost center and capital accounting data is properly integrated into the financial records and statements of the Company. Prepares various financial statements and reports for use by internal management, stockholder companies, and others. Coordinate preparation of the capital & cost center portion of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Must have good analytical skills to perform analyses of accounts. Must be organized and capable of coordinating various functions and activities which feed the general ledger. Requires a thorough knowledge of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Uniform System of Accounts for Pipelines, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as an understanding of internal controls determined by Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. Requires a bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or equivalent experience. Should have 3 to 5 years experience in related fields. Proficient in Windows, Word, PeopleSoft experience is helpful.

OQ/SHEMS Coordinator - Atlanta, GA - Job # 00004

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Pipeline Operator Qualification Program (OQ) to comply with DOT 195 for liquid, refined petroleum products pipelines. Also, provide coordination and oversight for the development, implementation and maintenance of safety, health and environmental management systems (SHEMS). Estimated time allocation of 75% OQ and 25% SHEMS. Estimated travel 10-20%. Candidates may be considered for contractor or regular employment. Requires a BS, or equivalent experience, and 10 years related work experience that includes project management. Requires knowledge of pipeline industry facilities, operations and maintenance practices. Knowledge of government and industry regulations and standards applicable to liquid petroleum pipelines. Needs strong project management and risk management skills and excellent written and oral communications skills.
